Poly-America offers High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) smooth geomembranes in thicknesses of .5, .75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 mm (20, 30, 40, 60, 80 and 100 mils). Rolls are 23 feet wide and vary in length depending on the thickness of the geomembrane.

Poly-Flex® HDPE liners are the ideal choice for the most demanding applications. Our specially extruded liners combine high tensile strength and chemical resistance with excellent stress-crack resistance and low temperature properties for highly reliable containment. Chemically inert, these liners are the industry standard for a wide range of applications. Our Manufacturing Quality Control and Quality Assurance Program ensures that only the highest quality products represent the Poly-Flex® name. Chemical Resistance - HDPE, resistant to a wide range of chemicals, is not threatened by typical solid or hazardous waste leachates. It is also suitable for sludge and secondary containment around chemical storage facilities.

Ultraviolet Resistance - HDPE's resistance to UV exposure is further enhanced by the addition of carbon black. Additionally, with the absence of plasticizers, volatilization is not a problem.

Reflective Factor - Poly-Flex® HDPE geomembranes come in white as well as black. A white surface helps mitigate liner temperature extremes and aids visual inspection.
